BENZOFUROXANS — COMPOUNDS INCREASING THE NITRIC OXIDE FORMATION IN THE ANIMALS ORGANISM

Benzofuroxans influence on the nitric oxide formation in the animals organisms was studied.Benzofuroxans row compounds as trimixan, chlofuzan and fenixan in the dose of 1 mg/kg stimulate nitroxidergic system activity so nitrosubstituted of benzofuroxan activate the nitric oxide system to the higher degree than the clorinesubstituted.
