Use of productivity potential of the cattle Holstein breeds
The article presents an analysis of use of Holstein cattle in the breeding plant "Poultry Farm Borovskaya" Tyumen region. Comparison of cows of different populations is spent: own breeding and the Dutch selection. The analysis of efficiency of mothers of cows, cows and their daughters is given. It is established, that cows of own breeding surpass on a yield of milk of the imported animals. The superiority has made 816 kg on the second lactation and 622 kg on the third lactation. The conclusion is made, that the cattle's own selection, the resulting absorption of high-quality Holstein producers, because it productivity not only equal but superior to the imported animals and their offspring. In this regard, the method of absorption of livestock is effective than the holding of importation.
