World experience of development of agri-cultural cooperatives
Flexibility and stability of adaptable ability of new formations to the market is provided at the expense of fast reorganization of production taking into account the changed situation in the food market. Such qualities the small highly specialized competitive agricultural enterprise, an economy mainly focusing the production on the market on the basis of regular tracking of its main characteristics can possess. For the large agroenterprise where some different types of agricultural products are usually made, difficult, in case of change of market conditions, quickly to change production structure without withdrawal pains of the interconnected technological processes. For such enterprise transition to narrow specialization conceals in itself too big risk of bankruptcy therefore large agricultural enterprises try to develop a diversification, subsidiary trades which sometimes more often than large production, give to an economy profit. The combination of these two factors – flexibility and stability – in the conditions of instability of the prices for material resources and unpredictability of life cycles of foodstuff is especially important. Economically strong high-commodity agroenterprise with low-cost production can sustain such loading only. Or it can be set of the cooperated farms of the population making of one-two type of agricultural products and having access to the food markets. Functioning in cooperation, these farms can compete with large production and even to force out it from the market by some types of agricultural products as it has low prime cost in population farms.
