The organization of consulting firms in providing information and consulting services to agricultural producers in Russia's accession to WTO

The article describes consulting services, opens its forms and methods. Generally, the article is devoted to the problem of adaptation of Russian agriculture to the new realities after Russia's accession to WTO. In particular, the authors describe the measures to support agricultural producers, which can be used in the WTO. The article deals with concepts such as "green, yellow and blue box" of WTO. In this paper the authors discussed the creation of information and consultancy services in agriculture as a major state support for agricultural producers. The Authors studied the function, principles, and the results of such services. In this paper the authors define the correlation between the efficiency of agriculture and broad dissemination of information and consultancy services in countries such as USA, Denmark, England, Germany, etc. The authors considered the experience and business models of these services in a number of foreign countries and identified the main areas of activity during the formation of such services in Russia. Based on the analysis of this problem the authors have offered their recommendations on the organization of information and consultancy services in Russia. The authors, in particular, it is recommended to use the university model ICS, and ICS as the structural units of government in agriculture as the most-developed and disseminated. The article has a scientific and applied nature. Right now, when the accession of our country's accession to the WTO in 2012, this work may be useful for employees of agricultural enterprises, as well as a wide range of interested readers.
