Human migration: problems of economics and law
Migration is the objective process in conditions of globalization, due to the further development of the productiveforces. Moreover, illegal immigration is associated with such
forms of international crime, as terrorism, human trafficking,
arms traffic, and traffic in drugs. Russia has accumulated considerable experience in the field of migration, in economic and
legal problems of migrant. At the same time, it is necessary to
develop the migration doctrine.
