Management upturn in investment appeal enterprises on basis of innovative development

In the article there are considered the questions of upturn in investment appeal of pharmaceutical enterprises and discussed thechoice of methods of assessment of investment appeal. Proposed combined use ofmethod of discounted future cash flows and method of real options. There is established that for pharmaceutical enterprises it is reasonable to adopt Value BasedManagement conception. In the capacity of all-purpose instrument to increaseeffectiveness of investment activity, implementation of the system ofmonitoring of investment appeal proposed.
