Influence of the inoculation on the formation of the triple symbiosis and productivity of soybean.
Soybean plants were inoculated by endomycorrhizal fungus Glomus intraradices and nitrogen fixing bacteria Bradyrhizobium japonicum with two methods: 1) both microorganisms lay on the seeds; 2) bacteria lay on the seeds and endomycorrhizal fungus introduced in the soil. It was shown that tripartite symbiosis formed more actively and its efficacy was higher when both microorganisms had lay on the seeds.
Nodule bacteria, arbuscular mycorrhiza, soybean plant, tripartite symbiosis.
