The concept of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of innovatively-diversifikatsionnoj integration of the integrated poultry farm and the agricultural organizations
The non conventional approach to integration of an integrated poultry farm and the agricultural organizations is proved, allowing mutually to connect organizational and economically all links of the integrated system and to receive synergistic effect. The approach essence is reflected in organizational-functional both administrative structure and the economic mechanism of interrelation and interaction between elements of the integrated formation which finds and develops new properties of the organization as potential of stability of development.
