FARMACOLOGIC REGULATION OF ACIDIC-PEPTIC FACTOR ACTIVITY IN LONG-TERM THERAPY WITH NON-STEROID ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PREPARATIONS.
We tested new methods of treatment and
prevention of non-steroid anti-inflammatory
preparation — gastropathy experimental
therapy on the basis of elaborated original
model of non-steroid anti-inflammatory
preparation — gastropathy in experimental
animals receiving non-steroid antiinflammatory
preparations Ketofen® and
“Nise®” in combination with 5 % solution
of ascorbic acid orally. The animals of the
experimental group were given Omez® to
regulate acidic-peptic factor of the stomach.
Dystrophic changes of the stomach mucous
membrane epitheliocytes were noted in
40 % of cases in animals receiving Ketofen®
and in 20 % of animals receiving Nise®. In
some preparations (70 %) there was some
thickening of mucous membrane plasty
caused by tissue edema and hypertrophy
of stomach mucous membrane muscular
plasty. In animals receiving Famotidin®
dystrophy was noted in 33,3% (Ketofen®)
and 26,7 % (Nise®) of cases. Thickening
of mucous membrane plasty and mucous
membrane muscular plasty was noted in
46,67 % of animals with non-steroid antiinflammatory
preparation — gastropathy
caused by Nise® preparation and in
20 % of animals receiving Famotidin®.
