REGENERATIVE PROCESSES IN THE RENAL TISSUE AFTER PARTIAL NEPHRECTOMY USING CATGUT AND ALLOPLANT.

Influence catgut and alloplant on
regenerative ability of a nephritic fabric after
performance partial nephrectomy is studied.
It is established that at application catgut
up to the sixtieth days after operation, the
hypostasis and deformation of departments
nephron in area wound defect are registered,
are present endangitis and intensively the
connecting fabric expands. At use suture a
material alloplant it biodegradation proceeds
with less expressed inflammatory process, it
is not accompanied by considerable growth
of collagenic fibres, since 18 days after
operation in a fabric of kidneys intensive
processes on regeneration epithelium tubules
and collective tubes are registered, formation
of new tubules nephron is observed.
