The detection of the territorial food agro clusters: methodological approaches
The article considers problem of the formation of the clusters in the agriculture and food and processing industries under the condition of the world globalization. Problems of the net relationships of the enterprises have the special meaning for the Russian Federation, as well, especially in the context of joining WTO. The cluster’s policy enlarges the space of the cooperation among the groups of sectors, enterprises, the state, science and society. The three necessary conditions, the three significant prerequisites for formation of the territorial food agro clusters were detected in the article, their elements and structure were determined. The formation of the cluster is based on the different kinds of relationships among members of the cluster, which solve their problems, determining conditions of the cluster aggregation.
