GENETIC DIVERSITY ANALYSIS IN OILY SOILS CONDITIONS WITH IRAP-MARKERS USE.

In this study we provide evidence of genetic variability decrease ofplants grown on oily soils. Genetic variability levels of Poapratensis L from oily soils were investigated by means of PCRamplification with IRAP primers. Plant genetic diversity reducing is notconfirmed. Oily was carried in soils 9 and 12 years ago.
