DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL MAINTENANCE OF AGRARIAN SECTOR OF ECONOMY ON AN INNOVATIVE BASIS.
Transition of Russia to an innovative way of development puts aproblem of perfection of legal maintenance of effective and steady functioningof all branches of economy, including agrarian sector in front of scientist andthe legislator. The solution of this problem assumes rational use of availablelegal toolbar, and also search of new ways and means of legal influence foragrarian relations. The number of such means, which potential are underestimated,includes legally significant acts made at the discretion of agriculturalcommodity producers. Becoming outdated rules of law interfere with theirinitiative and enterprise, and also introduction of innovations in agrarianeconomy. In the article the author's solution of this problem is offered.
