INFLUENCE OF THE AGRARIAN REFORM ON USE OF AGRICULTURAL GROUNDS IN THE PERM EDGE.

 In article influence of an agrarian reform on use of agricultural grounds is analyzed. It is established that for last 18 years there was a sharp reduction of ground grounds. Thus principal causes of transition of the fertile earths in a deposit are refusal of agricultural commodity producers of their use, creation of fund of redistribution in the early nineties, liquidation of the agricultural organizations and growth tree shrub vegetation on abandoned lands. First of all, the given tendencies are connected with inconstancy of the prices and material equipment which are reflected in activity and financial results of the agricultural organizations. Article gives the helpful information to economists-agrarian, planners and to the agriculturists, necessary for decision-making on increase of efficiency of land tenure and an agricultural production.
