Production of natural ecosystems in diets of the population of Sverdlovsk area
In a gradient of chemical pollution of environment emissions of the industrial complex making copper, investigate the contents of heavy metals (Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Fe) in grassy plants (68 kinds), edible fungi (10 kinds), wild-growing berries and fruits (5 kinds). It is shown that concentration of heavy metals in plants and the mushrooms growing near to a torch of issue, repeatedly exceed the maximum permissible concentration established for articles of food. Even on distance of 30 km from factory in elevated bodies at all studied kinds of plants have been considerably exceeded maximum permissible concentration on Cd and Pb, at the majority of kinds of mushrooms -on Cd. Concentration of elements essentially differed in separate bodies of plants and were, as a rule, above in underground parts of plants. Nevertheless, kinds with higher contents of heavy metals in elevated bodies were present at all zones of load. The greatest quantity of such kinds has been noted in a zone with background level of pollution.
