The saving of civilizational code of Russia in the transition to neo-industrial stage of development
The principles of the theory of management of sociocultural dynamics through management of consciousness of society should be developed and proved in the conditions of a general crisis of post-industrial society and transition tone-industrial civilizational dynamics — the third model of a socialism.Perestroika in the Soviet Union began with a heeling into a discussion about common human values, new thinking and the human rights of unlimited consumption, used by western intelligence agencies and manipulated by them dissident groups.
