The increase of grain production effectiveness in the Perm region
The effectiveness of grain production is associated with interconnected industries that extend the concept. The interaction for grain production and livestock, among which there should be provided an optimum, is proved. This problem can be solved at a farm level only in the comparable periods of time, as far as the return on the use of fodder grain can be determined only in 3–4 years, particularly for cattle meat. Comparing the cost of production of fodder grain in the region with the price of its import, it is possible to set their optimal ratio that will reflect the effectiveness of grain production. It is noted in this respect the expediency of regarding a level of grain production sustainability in the region. The dynamics of its yield capacity is shown. The calculations on the influence of the level of investment of product production on the economic indicators were carried out, that allowed to identify the most efficient group of farms. The article proves reasons for the existence of spending limits to the extended reproduction, which further increase does not lead them to a better economic performance. The author proposes a version of price control of grain market, close to market conditions. The essence of it is the creation of state cooperative exchange, as the most advanced speculative structure. The main tasks are formulated which this organization has to solved. The author’s version of interaction between the main components of the proposed system in the public administration structures and the exchange with elevator economy is proved. The article proposes also author’s version of the determination of the management investment degree including in the formula the level of land quality, capital consumption and remoteness of agricultural products from the markets.
