MECHANISM OF OPTIMIZATION OF DECISIONS ON FORMATION OF LOOSE HOUSING SYSTEM OF THE ORGANIZATION OF DAIRY PRODUCTION
The principle of the main link underlies the formation of loose housing system of the organization of dairy production. This principle defines the logic of justification and coordination among themselves technical and technological and organizational decisions. That allows to use innovative potential most fully and to gain synergetic affect. That the group milking machine that serves as a binding element and represent a procedural and system design of the organization and, moreover, production scales under the conditions of the loose housing maintenance of cows. As the tools of purposeful influence of the mechanism of formation loose housing system of the organization of dairy production are reduced to the following: on the basis of detection of cause and effect dependence the expedient size of a livestock of cows for full (not less than 6 hours) loadings of concrete type of the group milking machine both in morning, and in evening milking cycles is defined. Thereby efficiency of use of a milking hall increases more than twice. An adequate mode of loading of a milking hall is the two-shift mode of service of the milk herd, provided that the duration of each shift (for 7 hours) includes time not only for milking of cows and milk preprocessing but also performance of preparatory and final duties as well as for a zoological and veterinary care of animals. Coherence is necessary for ensuring the general orderliness in the organization of service of cows as steady system in interaction of all workers on the farm which may be achieved by the organizational regulations of implementation of productions in time and space. The presented mechanism of optimization can serve as necessary tools for designing new and binding operating objects with loose housing system of the organization of dairy production.
