IMMUNOGENICITY OF THE VACCINE FROM STRAINS B.ABORTUS 19 AND 82, B.SUIS 61 FOR REINDEER IN DIFFERENT METHODS OF ADMINISTRATION
Researches carried out on the reindeer basis № 6 experimental industrial enterprise “Yuchyugeyskoe” in Oymyakon region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). In conducting research shows the best concentration of vaccine doses strains B.abortus 19, B.abortus 82 and 61 when administered B.suis. It has been established that strain B.abortus 19 of diluted concentrations when administered 10 milliard m. c. develops high immunogenicity of 100 %. The same results were obtained by immunization of deer by vaccine from strain B.suis 61 (100 % immune). In groups of animals vaccinated by immune strain 82 66.7 % appeared as two animals vaccinated subcutaneously and conjunctiva penetration was set immunity infecting isolated strain 1330 B.suis lymph nodes. The results of studies of vaccines depend on the concentration of the microbial cells on the dose and method of administration. Terms of appearance and persistence of antibody titers are directly dependent on the vaccine. Early appearance, high level and long-term preservation of post-vaccination antibody marked with subcutaneous method of administration of the vaccine and low antibody titers and their rapid extinction when administered orally. Application of the vaccine from strain B.suis 61 is suitable for widespread practical use in reindeer brucellosis.
