PREPARATION OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL PERSONNEL FOR AGRICULTURE

The article examines the training of engineers in the Sverdlovsk region, including at the Ural State Agrarian University. Formation of personnel potential of agro-industrial complex is one of the most important conditions for the implementation of the “State program of agricultural development and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food for the 2013– 2020 years”. Particularly noteworthy is the problem of training and retention of personnel in organizations AIC engineering and technical staff, without which it is impossible to effectively develop agricultural production and food processing industry. To improve the efficiency of agricultural production is relevant in the present stage of development of the agrarian sector. Be substantial increases in capacity growth rates of production in the agricultural sector. The main branch of agriculture is crop production, the level of which largely determines the results of operation of the entire agricultural sector. Strategy for the further development of agriculture should primarily be determined by the security level sufficient production potential. To date, a major factor in the negative impact on the performance of the agricultural sector performs technical capacity reduction which led to extensive use of technology in agriculture. At the Ural State Agrarian University is preparing engineering of highly qualified personnel for the organizations and agricultural enterprises, organizations and food processing industry and structures maintenance AIC. Practical training engineers on food equipment carried on the basis of bakeries, dairies, meat plants and other processing enterprises operating in the Sverdlovsk region. Virtually all basic agricultural organizations and enterprises of food and processing industries are created or branches of departments in the profile of engineering education and other areas of agricultural activity.
