THE ORGANIZATION AND PLANNING OF LABOR IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
The article deals with the issues of organization and planning of labor processes at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex in a deepening of cooperation ties. The role and place of work organization in the system of production-economic complex can vary depending on the complexity of the system and structure of industrial-economic complex. Labor Organization in ag- ricultural production, there is a system of measures for the rational use of labor force, which includes the placement of people in the production process, the Division of labor and cooperation, methods for regulation and stimulation of labor, organization of workplaces, and their service and the necessary working conditions. The specificity of agricultural labor and production, its techno-economic features had a direct impact on the Organization of work. The basic principle of the Labor Organization of agricultural enterprises is the principle of the Division of labor and co-operation. Improving the Division of labor and co- operation, involves the most rational division of the manufacturing process, arrangement of workers and establishing the link between them in the process of work. An important economic task is to determine the optimum sizes of industrial units, be- cause they must ensure the highest production at the lowest cost, highest number of person/days at a member of the team. Such brigades are less turnover, higher productivity, asset profitability, productivity, use of land and other resources. Dimensions of production teams are not permanent in terms of structure and composition. They change as the farm specialization, increased mechanization of farm work, improves production technology, the growth of skills of specialists. So, when choosing rational forms of organization of labor must take into account the specific conditions of the economy. Any form of Labor Organization has as its ultimate goal the most rational use of resources, land, technology and other means of production, resulting in lower production costs, improve efficiency, profitability and competitiveness of farms.
