The authors propose a methodological approach to the construction of the logistics system tool management of industrialagribusiness using program-target method. The definition of the logistics system tool management of industrial enterprisesis based on the essence of the phenomenon. Formed on the basis of principles of construction of logistics authors developeda classification system of functional tasks, taking into account the peculiarities of relations between actors tool managementof industrial agribusiness. This classification is the basis for building a financial and information flows logistics system. Conceptualmodel of the logistic system tool management of agricultural enterprises, it is a tool of analysis and improvement onsoftware-based target, represented as a tree of goals. Objectives tree method, being a method of structuring, provides a coherentsubordinate to the ultimate goal of understanding of the tool management system. Tree of objectives tailored to the specificstool management of business entities due to their operation in competitive markets, when brought to the forefront the problemof flexibility and adaptability, is expected to maintain the basic functions of the system during its adaptation to the new conditionsdictated by the constant changes not only in the internal organization of enterprises — consumers and producers of tools,but also the totality of their relationships with the environment.
